Foodie Friday: Kinilaw na Tanigue

I'm getting ready for my weekend cooking. One of my recipes will include Kinilaw na Tanigue (Pinoy version of Ceviche) . Picture taken from our Dumaguete trip.

Fish will be soaked in vinegar added with some ginger, bell pepper, onions and fresh coconut milk. Here's the complete recipe. Happy weekend everyone! :)
